    nice video and poster.

so what end applications will your material system address? I presume that photovoltaics is a platform technology and that the end application may determine the material system?

This method of analysis of organic photovoltaics (OPV) is very simple to perform using measurements that everyone from academics to industry already takes. I think the materials used in OPV will continue to progress, but I hope my research will be useful as a characterization tool as new materials are synthesized.
Thanks for viewing! I hope this answered your question, but if not please let me know.

    Roy,
Nice work on this. I have one question. You imply that the OPV community does not routinely use this characterization technique. Why do you think that is the case?

    Cory,
I think that the OPV community is currently more concerned with efficiency and new materials because that is what will drive this technology towards commercialization. This technique emerged from traditional PV such as amorphous silicon and CIGS once they were relatively well developed technologies. I think the OPV community could stand to benefit from implementing this technique now, but once OPV matures and a good, stable material front runner emerges, it will probably emerge organically.
    Thanks for reading!

Roy—good job—have you done quantum efficiency on these?
